Terms and conditions for the use of the Molivnik website
I. Subject matter
Art. 1. (1) These terms and conditions govern the relationship between "Shift Creative" EOOD, UIC 204415049 (referred to in this document as "Molivnik"), and the Visitors of the website http://www.molivnik.com (referred to as the "Site").
(2) By accessing and loading http://www.molivnik.com, Visitors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site and by all subsequent amendments to them, and undertake to comply with them.

Art. 3. The Site provides Visitors with information about Molivnik's activities, services and prices, as well as access to the published materials.
III. Intellectual property
Art. 4. (1) All information pages and articles on the site http://www.molivnik.com are written by us and are the exclusive intellectual property of Molivnik, unless expressly stated otherwise. They are protected by the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act and may not be used in any way without Molivnik's prior written consent.
(2) The images on Molivnik's Site and the other visual elements constituting Molivnik's intellectual property may not be used or reproduced in any way by third parties without Molivnik's prior written consent.
(3) Any unauthorised use of the materials published on the Site without Molivnik's permission constitutes an infringement for which the infringer bears civil, administrative and criminal liability under applicable Bulgarian law.
Art. 5. (1) Molivnik does not permit the content of the Site to be used in any way by displaying all or part of the materials published on it on another website.
(2) Linking to pages of the Site from other websites is permitted if done in accordance with good practice and fair commercial practice, and if the link and the way it is presented leave no doubt as to Molivnik's authorship.
IV. Personal data protection
Art. 6. (1) Molivnik takes measures to protect Visitors' personal data in accordance with the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act and the Privacy Policy published on the Site.
(2) Molivnik does not send identifying information to third parties and does not require Visitors to register to use the Site.
(3) By providing personal data through the Site, Visitors agree to receive a newsletter sent by Molivnik to the correspondence email address they have provided.
V. Changes to the terms and conditions
Art. 7. (1) Molivnik may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and will promptly publish the amended Terms and Conditions on the Site.
(2) Amendments to these terms and conditions take effect for all Visitors of the Site from the moment Molivnik announces them.
VI. Limitation of liability
Art. 8. (1) Molivnik provides access to the content of the Site as is and does not guarantee that the guidance in the materials on the Site will lead to the results Visitors intend.
(2) Molivnik is not liable for any damage or loss of profit suffered by Visitors as a result of the materials published on the Site.
(3) Molivnik is not liable for any damage caused by Visitors to third parties as a result of using the Site and the materials it contains.
VII. Other provisions
Art. 9. Matters relating to the performance and interpretation of this agreement that are not covered by these terms and conditions are governed by the applicable law of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Art. 10. These terms and conditions apply to all Visitors of the Site from 1 September 2018.
