Balance – rhythmic gymnastics club

From the first question to the first session

Parents look for three things: the right group, a convenient time and a way to try it out. The Balance site is built around them — groups are described by age and level, the timetable lays out the week day by day, and the trial-session form asks for the child's age, a preferred time and the group.

A timetable the club runs itself

The weekly timetable can be filtered by group, day and venue, and printed. The team enters regular sessions, cancels or changes a single session and adds one-off sessions, and the system prevents double bookings of the same hall or the same coach. Venues are shown with their address and a directions link.

An admin panel in Bulgarian

The panel is fully in Bulgarian and shows each person only what they work with: the owner and administrators see everything, a coach sees their own profile, groups and timetable. Team members are invited by email, every new request notifies the club, and changes to content, publishing, the timetable and roles are recorded in an audit log.

Visual character

Classic serif typography and a violet accent give the timetable, groups and forms a calm, easy-to-read rhythm — as clear on a phone as on a computer.
